Very slow service considering its empty! Waited 35 minutes for bread when having Hommus. Logically how can you have Hommus without bread. Shisha service is slow too, they change coal every 30 mins and the shisha itself isnt good. First and last time to come here. The waiters arent responsive at all either!
Unfortunately we had to throw the pizza we’ve ordered. I’ve never posted a bad review but this experience was the worst I’ve ever had.. I’ve never eaten the pizza that would taste that bad..
The music is very loud and annoying
This place has a beautiful canal view and a great ambience. Visiting this place in the night time is a great idea and you can order a sheesha and just chill. I tried the chicken white sauce pasta and it was amazing!
This was definitely THE WORST restaurant ive ever been to. HORRIBBBBLLLLLEEE costumer service. I talk to the waitresses and they completely ignore my existence, the managers face itself can make u feel disrespected. Really i had the worst experience ever and i dont recommend this place at all .. not friendly and not helpful and almost half of their menu is not available. Never coming back here again
we went yesterday with group of friends and i don’t think will do it again. i was very upset and angry, the manager there has zero skills he was shouting at his staff in from of others !!! i just want to understand who gave him the right to shout at people in his same age , only because he has a position! people cannot be treated this way. Eventually i was looking for the owner to talk to him but i couldn’t find him, me and my friends felt veryyyyy bad .He was talking in a very unacceptable way with the waiter and the cleaner, i was about to cry for the. the thing is they all are working for the same company and he should understand this, the best topic in manager to communicate well
I love the food and shisha as well ,price is acceptable and especially cordon blu and pizza mushroom ,highly recommended and i will come on daily basis
