My experience was very unpleasant. They have zero customer service. The first time we visited was this Ramadan with friends, there was a tamer hind juice distributor who comes and puts glasses of tamer hind on the table without asking if you want tamer hind or not. Then they brought chick peas and foul plates and left on the table without us asking for it too, so logically we thought it’s complementary but no they charged us for all of those that we didn’t order 125 aed on top of our bill which was almost aed 400. We thought it’s cover charge but they insisted that it’s not. The manager is a person that doesn’t smile but that’s okay but he doesn’t even know how to speak to paying customers the second time we went while we were waiting for table he kept on ignoring us pretending that he is in the phone then he said that there is no place to for us and we should have booked but the funny thing is when I called to book they said no booking required. Very strange! I will definitely not go to that place again and I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to go!
