Change the person handling your landline number. He doesn’t know how to handle people’s inquiry and order follow up. Very bad customer service.
Sorry to tell.. but never ever seen such a worst service . Need to wait around 1-2 hours to get the ordered food ( home delivery )and most of the time will not get the ordered food. If we order Bhendi Fry, will get beef fry; if we order Tomato Fry, will get tomato rice and on top there is no use of complaining to their higher management.
Good prices, decent food. Delivery was delayed by 30 minutes. Nothing out of this world but the best part is that they don’t charge a delivery charge and thus ordering breakfast becomes easy. They should definitely work on getting the order in time. Apart from that, they have a wide variety and their menu and prices are pretty decent.
Chicken shawarmas bread isn’t good but otherwise food is good
