We came on Friday for lunch – we where a big family of 11 people – they could not put us on one table – they left us with no attendance for long time The service overall was not very good and slowHowever the food was ok – they give complementary soup , tea , fruit and Arabic sweets , we had qoozy and kabab and sheesh tawook The low rating is for the service that is not up to the mark The best dish was the qoozy – the kabab was too heavy and oily for my taste but I guess it is the Iraqi signature dish
I have paid visit to Erbil al Iraqi in Jumeriah on a few occasions and needless to say, the level of service here is always second to none. I visited last night August 16th and took along two friends to let them try some of the Iraqi Cuisine, and floor staff Hamze was an absolute gent to deal with. Please pass on the feedback to him. It is gentlemen like him that will always take me back.The food you guys serve is always of top quality. The fish, the salads, breads, lentil soup, Lamb Ouzo, Vine Leaves, Dolma – always incredible. This is one restaurant I will always recommend to family and friends who visit Dubai, and I will be sure to take more friends and family in the future.
