  Went for their opening event. It’s located at laguna water park. Facing the beach it’s very beautiful place to be. Liked the wings and sheesha. Loved the vibes. It’s outdoors on a height. Can’t wait to go back and enjoy the winters. Newly opened and recommended.

  1st visit -My friend and I visited the place for the preliminary opening of this place and we were highly disappointed. The service was very below average and also very rude, especially from the server named Bikram. Issues we faced :Shisha was served after one and hours of our arrival Food we called for quite a bit but we only got the tacos and were told the kitchen was closed, irrespective of multiple reminders.The only thing that came on time were our drinks but with the service being so below average we just left .2nd visit – however to make up for our awful first experience we were invited the 2nd time . And this time the service was better and food was fine too.

  VISIT 2:After having given us the worst hospitality on our first visit, the management invited us over again to rectify it. Beautiful ambience, good music and the service was very good this time, which was provided by Karl and Marwan. We ordered theVolcano Wings (Must try. The chicken wings were cooked to perfection with the right amount of flavouring, so it wasn’t too spicy, served it some more of the volcano sauce)French fries (No fuss)Sweet Potato fries (No fuss)Crispy Chicken Caesar Salad (Liked how they had added crispy breaded chicken pieces to the salad, instead of steamed ones)Nachos (The chips were a little chewy)Panko Chicken Quesadillas (Must try. The filling in the quesadillas were saucy and delicious and the tortilla was very soft)Mushroom Truffle Pizza (Highly Recommended. Thin crusted pizza with just cheese, mushrooms and truffle oil. What’s not to like about this one?)Tiki (Highly Recommended. Being a huge fan of coconut-y flavours, I fell in love with this drink)The grape-mint shisha is truly one of the best shishas served here.I must say, this experience was much better than my previous one here.__________________________________________VISIT 1:Visited this restaurant for the soft opening. Located at the Laguna in La Mer, this place had a beautiful view, a fun vibe and good music.Keeping all these things aside, their service was pathetic. Our table was taken care of by Bikram, who for some reason had completely forgotten that our table existed in spite of constantly reminding him about our food and drinks. After a long wait of 1.5 hours and making a complaint twice to the manager, we received one plate of food and shisha.After being highly disappointed, we called Bikram again to ask what happened to the rest of the food (at this point we had reminded him 4 times in 1.5 hours about not receiving the food, to which he said it was being cooked) and he says the kitchen had closed and it was our fault because we came late. That man’s attitude and behaviour was horrible and the management didn’t seem to care about it even after we reported it.If the hospitality was as bad as this on the soft opening, I wonder how the quality would be on a regular night.
