Went there for breakfast/lunch at around 12am today.First of all the waiter is not properly trained, he doesn’t know anything about the menu. Can’t explain without going and asking kitchen. We came to use the Zomato Gold discount, which the waiter didn’t even know what it was. When he finally after 10 min could sort it out the zomato app has wrong opening hours for the restaurant. The app said the restaurant is CLOSED, so couldn’t redeem the code. I suggested I can send the code later on at 1.30 (When Zomato said restaurant should open) , but the management was very unhelpful and refused to give us the discount and we had to pay full price. This is a good example of extremely bad customer service. It is not the customers fault that the opening hours on zomato is wrong and should not suffer from their mistake. With this management mentality a restaurant will not survive in Dubai for long. Definitely a huge disappointment!
