The delivery was too good it came in 20mins
Placed an order and waited over an hour, after 80mins of waiting with my guests for two boxes of tea they cancelled the order with no communication. Appalling service.

I ordered from here a while back and the Karak was fairly decent. Just ordered the 1.5l Karak Saffron and it was really poor. Watery and flavourless, seems like I could have done a better job and I’m useless at making karak. I not sure if they’ve changed the staff but this was a real disappointment unfortunately which is a shame as I like to support my local community restaurants.

Good tea but terrible food. It was a difficult cafe to find in Cluster Q, it’s clubbed with another restaurant. The interior could have been better but a great place which serves Karak chai IN JLT.
