One of our favorite places to dine if we are craving delicious Japanese food. They have one of the best ramens in town. We visited this place for a Thursday dinner, and it was completely packed as this place caters to very little customers and does not have much space we had to wait, to get a table. However it does bring the cozy atmosphere to the room. For starters we ordered their kaarage, which is fried chicken balls. The fried chicken was super crispy and juicy and they served a sweet chilli sauce which went really well with it. For the ramen, we tried their Chef’s special ramen which was really delicious and bursting in flavor. The veal and chicken went well together and were really juicy. The noodles were delicious too.

Though based on my taste I think next time I want to try shoyu. The staff was friendly and efficient. In such small place if tables are not cleared immediately, they may clutter but this wasn’t the case when we visited.
Tried ramen first time in Dubai. Had the basic first option. It was good. Service was very active and attentive. Just so you know place is very small for dine in and it can get busy at times.
The place is small just like the other restaurants in JLT. Service is just fine. Came here seeing a lot of reviews online and in papers. The food tastes great especially the nutella Gyoza and the Chefs special Ramen. The chicken Katsu tasted good but nuthing out of the ordinary and nothing to complain about. If I was to compare the ramens available in UAE, this would be just second on my list as the top one still for me is YUI at Design District. Ambience is just normal. Neither luxurious nor cozy.
Daikan brings flavor and class to the Ramen culture in Dubai. Easily the best Ramen joint in Dubai. The Chef’s special signature ramen is a MUST TRY. Vegetarians have an option as well along with the miso options for chicken and beef eaters. The only thing a little negative about the place is a price of each Ramen Dish. Tends to be a little pricey but the quality is outstanding so why not? Thank you Daikan! You’ve gained a loyal and regular customer.
The most flavourful and intensely rich Ramen I’ve had in Dubai. Tried Kimchi – yum and Spicy Miso ramen which was vividly flavoured and fragrant! It will absolutely captivate you and the portion is perfect and filling! Also tried their newly introduced Katsu Curry Ramen – it was absolutely DELIGH – every component in that bowl, perfectly complimented each other – very rich and robustly flavoured. Vanilla & Chocolate Mocha was the perfect end to the rich main course – melt in your mouth, so cloudy and refreshing. Will definitely visit them again for a bowl of those deliciously divine Ramens!
