Follow me on Instagram whattoeatmariaAs I am writing this review, I am still at the restaurant and eating this yummy scallopini. Perfectly cooked chicken, the spinach cream is tasty and the veggies are perfectly seasoned. I just love this dish. I highly recommend this dish. Please do try it and let me know. Thumbs up to the team for a great dinning experienced and to Gian for great service.
Kteer Tayyeb is a pretty place, with spacious inside and outside seating, serving some delicious Arabic food. I was invited here for a tasting session by Xpressocially, and Ms. Heba, our host, along with her team, were courteous and friendly hosts. She informed us that they’ll will be revamping the eatery soon.We started off with some crispy bread and a mix of feta cheese, tomatoes and zaatar, which was a lovely appetizer.Fattoush with tawook: an interesting, unique and excellent salad, this was absolutely toothsome and reinvigorating. Vegetables such as cucumbers, radish, tomatoes, etc were tossed together, and provided a zesty flavour to the palate. Topped with some warm tawook, the marinated chicken was succulent and full of flavours. Definitely a must try!Homemade chicken shawarma: served with thick – cut, non – oily French fries, this chicken shawarma was delectable. Wrapped in a thin khubbus, the shawarma was grilled, and featured soft pieces of chicken, French fries and garlic paste, making it full of flavours. Undoubtedly a must order.Chicken fajita: served in a soft bread, with French fries on the side, this sandwich was appetizing. Featuring succulent pieces of chicken and a flavoursome sauce, it was definitely delicious.Chicken Alfredo: perfect sandwich for the cheese lovers. Chicken tossed with cheese was yummy. Also served with French fries.Chicken Escalope: one of my favourites on the table, served with French fries, this was scrumptious. Crispy, thin, outer golden brown layer, with succulent chicken on the inside, was flavoursome and surely a must have.Hummus: served with fresh bread, the hummus was thick in consistency, with a smooth texture, a little tangy, flavourful and palatable to the appetite.Choco banana crepe: loved the way we ended our meal. A thin and soft crepe, had a spread of reasonable Nutella inside, topped with some chocolate sauce, banana and strawberries. Fairly sweet and chocolaty, this was pleasing and undoubtedly a must have.Thank you for having me Kteer Tayyeb and team. Can’t wait to come back to try other items on the menu.
