Unlike run of the mill majority of Chinese restaurants serving food that looks like Chinese dishes but unfortunately the preparation is infused with either subcontinent or American taste buds prepared by non Chinese majority of them never been to China in their life and if few been to China they after leaving China came out with their own unique version of preparation that hardly does justice to Chinese preparation, this family run Chinese restaurant one of the few and hard to find in this area serves authentic and tasty Sichuan cuisine. For suggestions ask the lady at the reception, who happens to be part owner having her other half who manages the kitchen.
I guess the first issue a diner might face is the choices available in the rather large menu. Not easy to choose from as the choices look equally tempting and the photographs make it bit more confusing.
They are mainly working for Chinese tourist group and not taking any delivery order nowadays. I have been a regular customer for them for 2 years. It looks like simple short sighted money oriented management.
