It was my very first visit to Sorp Business Cafe. I honestly got to know about it through WitWork community. The place is cozy in the heart of JLT. The food was delicious and the service was good. My only comment is that they got an open kitchen. It was really smelly that day and I unfortunately ended up going to a meeting smelling like fried onions.
Definitely the most convenient business cafe in JLT, Dubai. They’ve got an incredible layout, perfect space and some of the most indulging Russian food we’ve had in UAE.Venue Vibes: As mentioned in their description, they’re in Cluster F, not hard to spot at all. They’ve got a casual seating area with a great view. They’ve got the perfect office space which has been so conveniently designed as well. The room is pleasant and surely one to check out.Service: Very friendly and very assisting!Highlights: Okroshka(Cold summer soup) was PERFECT! The Borsch was a delight, the pelmeni were spot on, the Salmon crepes are worth trying and so are the crepes with cottage cheese and apple sauce. The cutlet a la Kiev was LOVELY!Beverages: their healthy boosters are worth it and so is their Spanish latter(Iced).Personal favorite: ALL OF THE ABOVE. Honestly!
I had just recently tried out Sorp, and I absolutely loved it.It is an upscaled Russian restaurant with incredibly reasonable prices. They also do a have a few Ukranian dishes, which fare up really well with the ones I had when I was in Kiev (Ukraine). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who would like to find out what Russian and Ukranian food is really like, with great quality, ambiance and prices. The restaurant has a business feel to it, with charging stations for your laptops and with a classic setup, along with a cool Meeting room good to host a group of 15 appx.My personal suggestions would be:1) Pelmeni2) Borsch3) Despite it’s deceptive looks- Chicken Kiev (Chicken Cutlet)Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for a try!
Great place for meeting with friends and for work. I really like the interior design in business style and plug-ins for charge. The food was delicious especially cold soup okroshka made in traditional Russian style. Highly recommended!
Amazing lunch offer for only 45 AED. Loved soups and Pelmeni with stock. Perfect portions for one and complementary coffee just made my day. Most try Russian food in Dubai
