@urbanbarandkitchen An interesting & hidden place located in JLT cluster A. It’s a cool hyped & happening bar with good interior’s & delicious food!!There is a lot of seating space as well as equipped bar area!! Grilled Lamb Chops is one of our favourite dish♥️ This is a must try!! .

Point is, if the staff is underworked and short staffed, it’s the responsibility of the management to sort it out. They are humans after all and they probably deserve much more.!

They have billiards, play station, Foosball, live music etc. This place is super casual and relaxed where you can have delicious food and drinks while listening to live music on the terrace.Usually people don’t know that such lively places exist within JLT. We really enjoyed our visit and looking forward to go again with our friends.
I occasionally go to UBK as I live nearby, but every time I go I’m reminded why I don’t make a habit of it. The staff always seem like they have something more important to do than serve you. They blast loud music to the point that it’s difficult to hear a conversation. Drinks seem to be of low quality, and I’ve had funny-tasting beers more than once. Overall, UBK offers a very underwhelming experience and doesn’t hold up well in comparison to other cool places in JLT.
Staff are rude, keep you waiting for ages to get a menu and even longer to deliver the order. Beers are a no-go, one or two is enough to ruin the next day for you. They have live music a few times a week. It is invariably awful. Much too loud, impossible to have a conversation and the singers seem to yell into the microphones. Food is ok but not enough to compensate for the rest, particularly with so many better establishments in the area. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else – the nearby Nola is a much better alternative, for example.
Food was ok but ambience great .. chill and relax. The service was also amazing. I would definitely recommend UBK to hangout with friends or go brunching
