It was totally below average experience; we were family and when we entered we sat within the first Hall based on the waiter’s recommendation; and it was buffet style dining so we grabbed our dishes and started filling; in our way to the table the same waiter told us sorry you need to change the table because this is Smoking area and you have kids with you; ok really why you didn’t told us from the first step. We forced to move to the Non Smoking area or family area and what a surprise the non Smoking area should be called the Sadness area; the depression area but for sure not a family area ; no light no sun no windows it was like a punishment area because you don’t smoke; i totally understand the rules but we should guided from beginning before we start putting food. The food itself was really an issue alone; the Mansaf was very cold and have only leftovers meat, the other main courses were cold also. Some of the appetizers were not covered properly; the sweet was the only thing you can enjoy. The place is good for smokers but if you are a family it’s not recommended at all. They suggested on us to leave the kids and move me and my wife to the Smoking area to enjoy the view and the sun wow what a solution. The space in the Smoking area is huge it should be divided equally. However; this place can’t be considered a family friendly place. It was designed for smokers only to enjoy it but they will not enjoy the Food only Shisha maybe .
