In Philippines Inasal resto used to have that guy/girl that goes around and provide stuff u need. here you have to do everything. someone spilled a hot soup, another customer spilled her halo halo. there is not even a vinegar, people in the counter use their phones not even professional enough to accomodate a customer, you have to shout at them to let them notice your infront of them. first and last time ill be ordering here. bye inasal burjuman.
So disappointed, not deserving even 1 star, I have shared the picture of Chic Boy Inasal chicken take a closer look, it’s totally burnt. I understand that they’re busy due to the weekends rush but serving a cold burnt Inasal Chicken is not acceptable at all. If they could be served it to me, certainly they served more of these in the past.
A brand new filipino restaurant has opened up in Burjuman food court. They are already very popular , among the kabayans. For me the naming of the restaurant was a bit peculiar. So after searching for some clarification, this is what I found out.Chicboy is basically a typical chicken and also pork ,chain restaurant. Inasal is a special way of filipino style barbecue with special herbs and spices. Now I am familiar with tapsilog, but I wanted to avoid the red meat. So , I wanted to try some fish.Hence ordered a Sisiglog. In this case , it means a flaky milk fish, prepared with onions and spices, and presented with the typical fried garlic rice, an egg sunny side up and a soft drinks. This typical breakfast of filipinos is a called a Silog, which is a combo of sinangag- that’s fried rice and itlog, that’s an egg. You can add different items/meat to it and the name is modified accordingly. My choice of sisiglog was awesome for me. We call it typically Bharta, very popular in Bangladesh. The cream spread over the sisiglog added to the taste. At 15 dhs, this is a superb value for money item.Appropriate for one person.Service was satisfactory and helpful.Much recommended
