Since the first time I tasted Japanese cheesecakes in another restaurant, I have become a die hard fan of it.This branch is a stall/kiosk in front of carrefour in Burjuman centre.Many kiosks like this have sprung up in different malls of the city. This one is selling the smaller round shaped cakes at 18 dhs.These cheesecakes are not like american ones. Spongy, minimal sugar, and no visible layers of creamy cheese type sections. If you live the japanese version, then it’s very difficult to go back to the other versions.The top layer of slightly browned part is stamped by the name of the brand.Loved it.
Soft & extremely light with subtle flavors in your mouth.For all those Japanese cheesecake lovers this one is a must have.Staff at the counter are extremely welcoming and friendly.
