I was apparently the first customer when they opened their doors. They looked after me very well and even let me eat for free. I will definitely go back.
Good restaurant but not that much Good , ambience was great , staff was friendly always asking if any help needed , i bought voucher from coboune , the offer was lunch buffet plus access to swimming pool at the top of the hotel , the buffet only two types of main course ( beef Tagalog which was sucks) , and (grilled chicken which was very good ) unfortunately there’s no variety of selections , pasta was not tasty , the most good thing at the restaurant was the salads and desserts , there’s too much choices of salads and it’s tasty
Very disappointing.Very high on pockets.Taste is okay not so great.Service is not happening.Ambience is good but that will not feed your hunger.Would not recommend other to visit here.
It’s disappointing to know that city seasons are cheating people with their food. I went there on lunch buffet for the first time, The buffet was limited of salads and main courses and a little bite of sweets mostly cream only.On the other hand the beef kebab is very hard to eat, it seems like rubber that only there for chewing. Continuous chewing and chewing for nothing. Am sure It’s a very old stock of beef.
After being disappointed at their Deira branch, we were invited to sample the food at their newest outlet in Bur Dubai. We were served a fresh, complimentary bread basket, which could have been even better if it was toasted. The fried calamari was fresh but the batter didn’t make it crispy as I’d expected while the bruschetta did taste really good. The Chef’s Special Pizza had a good mix in its topping, however, the base was too thick and hard, overall making it a bad pie. The Penne Alfredo on the other hand was creamy with loads of chicken. Service was a bit slow but the staff treat you real good.
My husband and myself visited the restaurant at around 7.30 pm on 23rd June to have Italian food. We were informed that a la carte is not available for the day. We were offered a buffet or a set menu to choose from. Both of them didnt have much italian options. We still sat down for the buffet as we were very hungry. They had only alio ogli pasta and garlic potato in the italian category. Rest of everything was non italian. Why is the restaurant listed under the italian category? I inquired from one of the staff whether tea and coffee was included in the buffet and to my surprise he couldnt understand my question. He went and called his colleague and i was told tea and coffee are included. When i asked for green tea options i was given options like zaatar tea nd mint tea nd regular tea. I ordered for a zaatar tea. I was served all other options available in tea bags except for the zaatar tea that i specifically asked for. I was informed that zaatar tea was out of stock. I could have been informed before serving all the available options on my table.
