A new entrant in Burjuman centre food court, this one stands apart in presenting a high class italian cuisine experience.Their speciality is in Pasta- as understood from the name. They prepare it in front of you.The pocket pinch is slightly more than the peers in this milieu.Very upmarket and posh style. I could see the chef overseeing everything to keep up the standard.The smokes generated are wonderfully sucked away from spreading.Time to serve the orders are also relatively well controlled.Food is made from scratch.My order-Chilli shrimp pasta. 39 dhs. 4.5/5. The lovely seashell shaped pasta are called Conchiglie in Italian language. It was a novelty to me. It comes with a garlic bread. Amount was good for one person.Enjoyed very much.I would be visiting more often, but for the price. But there is no doubt regarding the cooking standards.
