This place has always been one of my favorite!If your looking for value for money and quality then Cozy cabana has just that.From the shisha guy to the waiters to the manager,everyone is super welcoming and professional.There Arabic food is top notch and fresh! Recommend it to all!
The good:The valet service (which you have to pay for irrespective) Apparently the RTA charges apply The burger and the juice was photogenic. The pictures look great and the lighting in the restaurant is good for photos and selfies :)The bad:The service was patheticI complained about the burger and the juice to the manager and he just took looking and promising that the next time I visit it will be much better.His confidence was amusing!He actually thinks I was going to go back there.The staff took no responsibility about the burger being so bad. The juice was slimy to taste I ordered the strawberry juice and my friend ordered avocado mango – both the juices were bad to taste.The strawberries were bad – my juice was smelling bad.The ugly:The burger bun was soggyThe coleslaw was stinkingThe burger patty wasn’t cooked wellThe fries were soaking wet and the oil was dripping (ps. Not exaggerating)This sheesha lane has many many sheesha cafes and this place is the only cafe that has a kitchen. Which should have been their USP and their food could have been much better. My first experience was SO BAD I would never want to go back there.
Went once for the food, now have been going for years for the service. A nice chill place to hangout with friends with good food and excellent service. The valet available has always been an added advantage.
The sheesha and food in this sheesha joint is quite good. We used to be here almost everyday. The food is surprisingly good given so is the staff and service. The sheesha in the first year of the restaurant opening was splendid. But after sometime the management changed, the quality kind of sheesha and service took a dive and we stopped going. They also provide valet service given the parking situation in the area which is a big win. They however play major sports matches as well.
Visited late afternoon for shisha. The ambience was kind of dull and boring with lazy sofas but shisha was good. Tried paan vanilla. It was very smooth and flavourful.The staff was courteous. If the ambience could be improved it would be a perfect hand out spot.
The name says it all !! The Cozy cabana has a very relaxed and cozy vibe with a great selection of food and shisha.We ordered -Margarita pizzaCheese manakishPassion fruit mojitoChicken tikkaAll the dishes were fresh and well prepared. The pan kiwi shisha was a favourite among the group.
Nice,clean and cheap place to hang up for a shisha. Food was OK. I noticed that the arabic food is well prepared and tastier than the other international dishes. Shisha was tasty and service is good.
