One of the best shisha hangouts in dubai very vibrant and welcoming atmosphere the staff also cater to all requests and you really feel like it’s worth for the money. Other reviews about food being average is understandable but people should understand that the food is outsourced . Overall a great place to chill out
I’ve seen many outrageous reviews about this place but let me explain, the food is outsourced and the cafe has nothing to do with anything in relation to the food being served cold or arriving late.My praises to the management that has lead to this shisha cafe being one of the best and most consistent cafes in Dubai. Starting with the staff who are extremely friendly, attentive to customers at all times, never have i had a bad experience at Drama Cafe. Shisha consistency is what makes me go again and again. Songs are played according to customer requests and they have the best paan shisha in Dubai. This place gives positive vibes.
So ever since they changed the manager here, the place has lost its vibe. Their music is the worst, plus if you want to sit and talk to your friends, you really cant. The stinky music would be so loud as if you re in a club.

Disappointing experience. Prices on the menu differ to the final prices on the bill. When asked, they said they didn’t update the menu. When we ordered, they didn’t inform us about this either. The prices we paid were double to that of the menu. Complete loot. However the shisha is good here, and the rating is just for that. But then this service isn’t acceptable, and they had no justification when we questioned them! If you guys come here, please make sure to check on prices and then place your order. Terrible service!
