I have always loved this place for their very special jughead. I ordered Jughead today and it was delivered with plastic particles grinded and mixed well with the shake. Later on after transfering the shake i figured out there is milk carton plastic cap inside my shake. By this time my family already had drank 70% shake. Shocked by the careless behaviour of restaurant. AVOID.

The restaurant is a small place with little crowd but did full justice to the ambience and the staff you can find here more friendly and helpful and even the food here is amazing and extra star for their banana split
Delivery was one hour late (2 hrs after order was placed!!) The restaurant accepted too many orders at one time and was not able to deliver my order on time. Poor management!
I just ordered a labneh sandwich and a box of fruits and it was delivered 2 hrs 10 mins after I placed the order. I deserve a refund. And the labneh sandwich was soggy too. Who knows how long it’s been kept in the heat! Please do not order from here!
Portions are a bit small .. taste wise it was good but the chilli cheese toast was an open sandwich with 6 small squares of bread with a scattering of toppings. So basically 1 slice of bread cut into 6 small squares for aed 12. So i really was quite shocked when i saw the plate. Otherwise its a nice place nestled in the corner. They have a variety of juice, shakes and sandwiches and a nice ambience. The karak chai and fruit bowls were delicious.
Ordered 2 salads and got rotten avocados in one of them.. I mean who packs rotten food to be delivered?? I am so shocked to see such lack of quality and even the other salad had no taste or flavor whatsoever. Never going to order here again.
