His creations are unique and appeals to all nationalities.Mushroom Tartine has a nice mild flavor sauce on top of the toast bread. Very nice and enjoyed every bite. Grilled Salmon with Mashed Potatoes. We had requested for grill to be well done & he did it perfectly. With a crispy outer later and soft from inside, it was amazing. The marination did not takeaway the flavor & taste of the Salmon.Whatever we had was the best in this place. Keep up the good work
