Impressive interior and friendly staff. Food is served hot and fresh. Taste was good too. What caught my eyes was Maintenance of Restaurant. Everything was neatly maintained and well kept including washroom. Though a small restaurant, you get a feel of luxury dining. Hope to try more dishes in near future.

The food was delicious. Fresh and good quantity. The price is very reasonable. We had ordered lunch boxes for 25 employees. The packed lunch was presented well.

We are a regular walk in customer in this place. In normal days, it would have been great dining in Dunes with Daniel’s excellent customer service! However, today is the worst, mainly because of the worst customer service provided by Imran. We waited for 30 minutes for the aloo paratha, and by the time it was served to us, one of them is burnt as you can see from the photo below. There was not even an apology received despite the fact that we complained. No tissue and napkin on the table until we asked for it! We always go back to this place because the food was great in the past along with the very good customer service. However, after today’s incident, we are not sure if we are ever going back.

I am a regular visitor at Dunes Delights for Business Lunch and Ala Carte for Dinner with family. The food is excellent and prices are reasonable. The real surprise, though, happened today on Thiruvonam, when we decided to try the Kerala Onasadya for 4, booked for home delivery. The delivery was done on time and the food was fresh. This was the best Onasadya we had in UAE in last 13 years. It was as if we had it from our own village cooked by our mother. Our kids really enjoyed the vegetarian food. Outstanding curries and splendid Payasoms at a very reasonable price. Good job by the chef and team. You are truly amazing!!!!!
