The sheesha offered was not upto the quality and the Long island Iced tea cocktail, martini’s were not at all upto the quality. On top of it when we were to provide the zomato gold coupon it was not getting unclocked. When asked we were told that its 12 Am and cannot be unlocked which was not at all ethically right. We had been ordering the food and drinks for the past 3 hours and we were not informed abt it before that unlocking gold will not work. This was not at all expected from Pull Man. U MUST INFORM YOUR CUSTOMERS ABOUT IT AND SERVE THE GOOD QUALITY DRINKS GOING FORWARD.
