We confirmed they serve shisha while entering. Then after we placed our order and drinks came.. we patiently waited for 30 minutes and followed up for shisha, to which we were informed pipe and coal is over, so we will not receive our order. What is really happening to customer service and after taking an order, how does the management have staff who do not care to update a customer, who has to follow up themselves and ultimately get disappointed. This place for its views, food and ambience would have got 5 star from me.

We went only for the shisha and the view. The view was indeed, absolutely spectacular! It’s the perfect place for a winter hangout. The shisha was very smooth too. Although it was a bit pricey, but it was worth it considering the ambience. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that their service was insanely slow and the staff seemed a bit uninformed about a lot of their deals. Nevertheless, still a great hangout place!
