Reasonably priced place serving Pakistani cuisine. We ordered for the palak paneer which was a little too oily for me and Chicken biryani which was good, ambience is nothing much. Service is good.
Ordered one mutton biryani and chicken handi curry. The rice was well cooked and the spices in it were just perfect to have. The chicken curry was a bit too oily but it tasted good.
A decent Pakistani restaurant. Ambience is average even the service is poor. I tried Chana with Kheema and Roti. Kheema was superb in taste with thick portions of meat.Roti is thin and fresh
Ordered chicken achari, butter chicken and chicken biriyani. All the dishes arrived on time, friendly staff. The food had a lot of oil which needs improvement.Pros: quick service, friendly staff, quantity, reasonable rates.Cons: oily food.
Few weeks back I was coming back from Business Bay after my workout and I decided to have a cheat day. Tried their Mutton Biryani and it was loaded and spicy. Made my cheat day.I went again for the breakfast today. Ordered Nihari with Paratha. The Nihari was delicious although the meat piece was not properly stewed. Paratha was genuine punjabi paratha fresh and crispy.#Nihari #LahoriNashta
I would not hesitate to compare the food I ate at Lahore City with any other well known Pakistani joint. It is definitely not a place where you look for ambience and neatness, but of you are around in the industrial area and are tired, you are sure to satisfy your tummy and should with good, hot and delicious Pakistani cuisine. No experiments straight up for Kadhai Chicken which they call it Karhai chicken there, a plate of chana dal and hot big roti’s. Sumptuous, pocket friendly and definitely worth a try.
Yesterday went to have lunch with one of my colleague who is originally from Lahore. Place is average and seats were little dusty. But the staff quickly cleaned them for us. We have chicken kadai and thanduri roti complemented with a large salad on house which was nice and fresh. Chicken dish was tasty and my colleague enjoyed it well. Not recommended for families though.
