  Though this place has great tasting ice cream, yet their customer service is the worst anyone could face, I recommend you not to expect an understanding or cooperative staff at all, because apparently they all work closely together AGAINST the customer. Here is my story. I asked for an ice cream cart for my engagement party which was held at my house on the 2nd of March 2018, with 50 guests invited. when i placed the order, the employee told me their cart comes with 5 flavors of 3kg each. I simply asked (no begging involved) if it can be 1.5 kg of each flavor and she simply replied with a ‘Yes’ without any bargaining about it. (And the employee assured me the ice cream would be more than enough for the entire room – screenshots of the conversation attached) We agreed on the time the cart will arrive and all fell into place. When the cart arrived, the lady who was sent with the cart to serve the ice cream asked me if she can leave once all the ice cream is over, and i was more than ok with that. So i made sure she was placed next to the gate, incase she has to leave. The guests started arriving gradually between 9 to 9:30, at that time none to little ice cream orders were made. In our engagement parties, the groom arrives later when all the guests have reached, therefore my fiancé arrived at 11:30pm, when i asked him to look what i got (the eleganza ice cream cart is a gesture since that was the first place we went to after our engagement), i was astonished to see that the lady AND the cart were already gone. I found out later through my mother that the ice cream lady was scooping into their bowls and putting these bowls on the tables to melt and be thrown away (knowing that no one requested the ice cream to be scooped and placed that way on the tables, since an averagely inelegant person would know that ice cream melts when it is places outside).On Saturday the 3rd of March i spoke through whatsapp to the employee on call to deliver my complaint. The employee calls me and tells me there is someone who can assist me but they are out of duty, and they’ll be back the next day (a Sunday). A couple of days passed but no response came back to me, so i sent another whatsapp message, which ended up being ignored. After 29 days, i happened to be going out with my fiancé when he suggested that we get some eleganza gelato. We went to their boutique in Nad Al Hamar, and spoke to the employee in charge (an events coordinator) and how lovely of her to directly know my name and call me by it, to prove that they know for a fact who i am and that they have been avoiding me for almost a month. She refused what so ever to take into consideration my side of the story, and she stood firmly by her colleagues side, saying that the lady who came over to serve us the ice cream was asked by one of the guests (who she can’t point out, i mean of course she would blame it on someone who can’t be tracked) but guess what, i know for a fact that none of the guests have asked her, lovely how close Arabian families are huh? Fist she says the amount was too little, so it finished way too fast, then she said it was too cold so the scooped ice cream wouldn’t possibly melt, or it wouldn’t be eaten in the first place so the employee had to scoop. Also, she claimed none of the ice cream came back to them therefor it is no longer their business. She claimed the “supervisor” is too busy to talk to us, she has said the following and i quote (“he told me to HANDLE THE CUSTOMER”) oh how respectful of both of them. There was complete rejection of a basic customer request, a basic customer right. She didn’t what so ever give me any name i could contact other than the whatsapp number already available on their media (which apparently they ignore). So i spoke to that whatsapp number and guess what, no response. Until i mentioned “consumers rights department” thats when they sent me a message from the owner. I bet the owner knows nothing about this, the response was so rude and inaccurate at all. Misinformation was delivered to the “owner” that the cart left at 1:00am and that all the ice cream was consumed. We were not given an opportunity to share our story with the owner. I had hoped to talk to a manager or an owner but seems like this case “has been closed” as mentioned by the oh so cooperative staff. Worst staff awards of the year goes to Eleganza gelato cafe and boutique Employees!

  Best ever to try cake in jars Over 18 flavors all are delicious Worth to try and enjoy for events and parties Comes in individual pieces or as gift

  جربنا المطعم في فترة الفطور.. طلبنا البيض مع الروب وطلبنا اومليت الخضار مع قهوة الفلات وايت.. القهوه وصلتني أقرب للكابتشينو وساخنه جدا ما حبيت الكوفي عندهم ابد.. عجبني ان المطعم قدم لنا ضيافه الخبز مع الزبده والجام لكن للأسف الخبز كان قديم.. طبق البيض بالخضار كان مطبوخ زياده عن اللزوم.. وطبق البيض مع الروب كان رائع جدا.. المكان هادي والخدمه كانت ممتازه..

  We ordered a kitkat graduation cake from here, the presentation of the cake was very elegant and well executed however the icing layer was very very thick and there was very little kit kat in the cake.

  A sweet tooths heaven! Absolutely love the ice cream and cakes here. Prices are really great for the ice-cream but a little pricy on the cake selection. They have so many òptions to choose from which makes it difficult but anything you opt for will be good for sure! Had dinner here too and it was good. Try their yummy milkshakes! Friendly staff. Overall a great visit and I’ve been back a few times!
