Will keep it short and specific. Been to this place twice – The First time, I was received by a Lady Filipino Staff who was super-friendly in suggestions. Food quality was awesome and pricing was OK.Second Time, The person who took my order forgot to order Soup and the Food was OK. Overall my experience with them has been mixed. However, I do advice people to try the place and ask the staff there in case you are new to Iranian Cuisines 🙂
Follow me on instagram: HighExpecTASTEion One of the few Iranian restaurants in the area which is a nice change from all the Arabic restaurants in the area. I have to say though it was pretty disappointing that only half their menu was Iranian and I question their prices. 65 aed for 7 pieces of shrimp?I tried the Schwarma and it was ok. Nothing too special.Servers were slow and not really interested so maybe its best to get it delivered so you don’t waste time.
Good place for food, bad for service.I do not know why they were treating us so differently. They did not come to take our order although no one was in the restaurant and when we call the staff he was trying to portray he was doing us a favour. Even the food took alot of time considering the fresh grill but what annoyed me the most is when a family came after us were serverd and treated so well. The food was delicious and then we asked for the dough he said it was enough for 2.. but when it came it was massive enough for 5+We ordered the chefs special grill and dough the rest was complimentary.
This restaurant looks big from outside, but it isn;t that big. Also, the day we went, it wasn’t crowded at all. We ordered the chef’s special kebab. They were really delicious. Along with that they serve coloured rice and butter. The staff is not so attentive (especially that they inspite of there being hardly any people).Later, we ordered Dough. It is a drink similar to laban. The pertion was really huge and enough for four of us. The ambience isn’t too bad either.Definitely worth a visit for the taste though. famishedexplorer.com
One of my first places to visit in Dubai. Really great Iranian food. The owner is amazing, he is courteous and happily walks you through the menu, explaining the ingredients. The lentil soup they serve is mild and worth trying. The Briyani is great and so is the Pomegranate rice(i do not remember the name). I would definitely visit them again!
