The food quality had certainly dropped here. I don’t if there has been a change in staff or the chef. I had ordered butter chicken with roti and chicken lollypop. The lollypop was hard to chew and the butter chicken didn’t feel like butter chicken, completely tasteless and found onion chunks in it. Absolutely terrible.
I ordered from zomato. After 30 mins of the supposed delivery time I called the restaurant. They haven’t even prepared my food yet. Somebody accepted without informing the chef.

Well , I have recently been trying out their food a lot and would agree with a lot of others that say that you should stick to the Indian and Pakistani food . The rotis are really good . Crisp and light not thick like other places. The mutton and chicken gravies are nice too. I haven’t tried too much Chinese stuff but amongst that the schezwan fried rice was very nice . The reason I gave them 4 stars is the service . There have nice and friendly people . Deliveries could be faster considering I live in the next building .
When i used to travel near union metro i always saw a board for a really cheap buffet at purple chilli and thought this would be a great bargain and decided to try it out. When we reached we realised the it is a filipino menu on the buffet but there were indian dishes also available on the menu. The Indian food was average and cheap. Main target audience will be metro travellers as there is no parking in the area as well.
Purple Chill is a simple food-outfit, with simple dishes at a fair price. Because of the high turnover of customers, the food is made fresh and I must say nicely prepared and tasty. Service is good and efficient, although the waiters look a bit scrafy.
It’s a small Pakistani restaurant near our place. Serves some pretty good Indian and Pakistani curry dishes. Service is good and delivery is prompt. But the Chinese dishes are not up to the mark. Overall decent place.
