Very bad service by the hotel staff. Dont order food here. Too bad service by hotel staff. We want to order food from here but they dont give service they said. Very bad on management.
I received my tea and coffee in cold beverage cups ,half of it spilled in the polybag and in the cling film around the cup because the plastic in the cup melted. Need I say more? It’s actually a very big health concern. Never ordering from here again.
I have ordered paratha from this place and I am very much disappointed , not good and it is half cooked. I had very good experience from this restaurant earlier but they lost the trust.
Very Poor service had ordered at 8:40 pm in Zomato and now it’s around 10:45 pm and haven’t received. When contacted have asked to wait and take it as complimentary, and get refunded by zomato. But zomato also lines busy unable to get in touch worst service experience.

Please don’t order food from here. The food they delivered was very bad quality and they took 2 hours to deliver. Better look for other options.
The service is absolutely bad, orders food via zomato delivery , it literally took 3 hours for them to deliver, it was drizzling in evening and we were cooperative, but three hours is not acceptable. The driver has no idea how to talk to customers and also does not know any location. In the end he says he cannot. Figure out location and delayed it even more.Highly suggest incase you want to order, do it 2 hours prior to your expected time.
