I have ordered lunch from Kakatiya on several occasions in the past. Delivery is prompt and Food is also good.I regularly order there Veg Business Lunch. In today’s order they delivered paneer butter masala as part of the lunch combo.There was something wrong with the paneer as the pieces were tasting bitter. I am assuming that the paneer was most likely not fresh that’s why they had the bitter taste.I would strongly urge the restaurant management to look into this matter and ensure they maintain proper hygiene.
I ordered lunch from here and my order took more than 90 minutes (45 minutes was the claim on Zomato) to reach me, not to mention that I was starving, and only to make this worse, I called up the restaurant to follow up and the not-so-gentleman was absolutely indifferent to my concern raised and was of NO help whatsoever. I had to lodge a complaint with Zomato, who thankfully, followed up with the restaurant and I am sure Zomato did their best. But my misery didn’t end there. I had ordered Hyderabadi Dum Biriyani, and me being from Hyderabad, I am quite aware of the legendary taste. However, the biriyani sent tasted nothing like it AT ALL. And again, all I got with the biriyani was a lousy small portion of loose curd. No pickles, no poppadom, no salad, not even onions, no nothing! Extremely disappointed with the service and the food. This was my first and, I am quite sure, the last experience with them, never again!
