They are not professional at all, we ordered two jumbo shrimps burgers, when i opened the burgers i found 1 pice of shrimps they cut it in two pices. I called them and told them about the issue they told me we are sorry its staff mistake i can send shawarma sandwich!!!! The shawarma sandwich for 5 aed and the burgers that i paid for 25 aed
Would recommend everyone to try out green chilly charcoal and spicy chicken charcoal, it just tastes really good. The price is reasonable and the ambience has improved a lot since they renovated the place.
Staff is very rude when it comes to handling customers service , I have recently started ordering daily but no respect when I went to collect the order, #Respect #Rudetowards the customer.
What an amazing flavor along with reasonable price. Ordered for a yacht party for 20 people and it was ready in 30 minutes max.It made our yacht party a time to remember. Love you grillo
Simply tasteless horrible food. I cannot understand how anyone manage to make grilled food so miserably tasteless. My kids sand cakes would be tastier. This restaurant really should stop selling food & think of something else.
