Very poor time management. We ordered food for an office event a day in advance and was confirmed by the Manager. Order was supposed to be delivered by 9:30am however when I call at 10:00am, the manager doesn’t respond to me, I call the store, they tell me that the Manager is sleeping hence he isn’t answering the call and tell me that the food is still baking and can be brought only by 11am, which was too late for us and couldn’t keep the guests waiting hence had to cancel.So upsetting cause we it was a huge inconvenience to us .. as we had to quickly arrange food before the guests arrived. Neither did they bother to inform us and nor did the manager call and apologize or respond to our message which is quite disrespectful.Then again we had ordered for lunch as well from here and was supposed to be delivered at 12pm .. again delayed and brought it only by 1pm. Hence really disappointed with their service.
