Worst customer service i have ever seen. Ordered for an event at work 1.5 hour before the required delivery time and the order never showed up!!! And moreover when I tried calling the restaurant nobody was answering.

My tacos were upside down in the box when they arrived!!!! The taste was a hot mess. Mexican food in the middle east is usually a big disappointment and this was exactly that. The taste was just an amalgamation of cheap ingredients and bad flavors. If you want to be a mex American burrito bowl joint there are plenty of places doing it right. If you want to be authentic cantina you need to hire someone with Mexican cuisine cooking experience to properly train your staff. It tastes like you googled mexican food and said I’ll open a burrito joint. A waste of money.

Ordered a burrito from hungry box for the first time. The lettuce in it had gone bad. Had a very sour taste. Could have been better if freshness of vegetables had been kept in mind.
