One hungry afternoon i found myself outside Kabab Safa and I’m pretty sure I’ll linger around that area again until I’m hungry so that i can walk right back in it. I was quite skeptical about trying this place. But i decided to give it a try anyway. And boy I’m glad i did. I ordered the Kebab Kubidey which was served with rice, salad, raita and a clear soup on the side. That got me right there. The kebabs arrived and just blew me away ! Every bite i took i relished. It was one of the best I’ve had in a long long time. Juicy, succulent and holding its true flavor with every bite. I really want to try their other dishes next time. I did try to order a plate of arayes, but unfortunately they ran out of bread for that. Turned out to be good in the end though because the quantity of the kebab and rice was more than sufficient. Highly recommended.
The place is not too big. It’s located by a patrol pump, so I guess they’ll be having a lot of take aways. But they serve some fantastic kebabs. We ordered for a Mix Grill for 2. It was sufficient for 3 of us. But I have to admit we don’t have very large appetites. First came in some hot bowls of soup, followed by a plate of salad and then the Kebabs with rotis. Mutton Tikka – Cubes of mutton marinated in yougurt and Iranian SpicesChicken Tikka – Not like the Indian Chicken Tikka but loved the flavours2 Mutton Kubbideh – My personal favourite. Minced mutton kebabsChicken Kubbideh – A saffron touch to the kebabs, again minced chicken meat. Chicken Saffron- cubed chicken pieces with the right amount of saffron marination. I loved all the kebabs on the Platter. The Kubbideh’s being my favorite. The seating space isn’t too much, but their service and food is really good! Definitely worth a try if you are a kebab fan!

Items ordered:1.) Lamb chops: The lamb was perfectly grilled and it had a smokey after taste which was lovely to have, also the lamb chops were a but juicy.
Nice succulent kubbideh, fairly good food in the middle of nowhere. the Main dish comes along with soup and salad as complimentary. No ambiance to sit and eat, best for take aways.
Dishes ordered : Starters: salad Main course: Mix kabab ( excluding beef ) Advantages: good for lunch and dinner dine in opt. Disadvantages: Quite okey average menu options Ambience: low! Arrangements: improper Pricing: ain’t that worth acc to quality Quality/ taste: fine as per service. But quality was low. Quantity/ presentation: Simple and low.. Speciality: kababs Over all rating: black medal.
I consider this one of the best Iranian food in Dubai. The place is very small, so it’s mainly a good pick up zone or home delivery. The stuff is very friendly and adapt to ur taste fast. I recommend this place for people that love Iranian kabab because they offer one of the best.
