Had a very bad experience ordering from the big wok.Order was made at 7:58pm and after an hour was repeatedly following up with Zomato and When contacted the restaurant the person who attended the call was rude and said that Zomato had cancelled my order and so it was not delivered. He also said there was some construction going on near my building and road was blocked which was totally a lie. Lame excuses.. But at around 9:45pm the order got delivered and the same person contacted me and questioned me why I accepted the order? Very strange. The payment was made by me, and I had to wait 1.45 hrs for the delivery and such a feedback from the restaurant was totally unexpected. I also told him to resend the delivery guy to take back the order which he refused!I’d contacted Zomato and have asked to pay you the full amount Dear big wok ! But the way you treat your customers will definitely count your progress.. All the best 🙂 pls coach the guy who answers your phone calls to be more polite to the customers :)And about the food, this is my second time order with big wok. Food was tasty for the 1st time order, but todays order and experience with you is forcing me to give you a poor rating ..Thank you!
