We visited the restaurant for Iftar and were very happy with the selection of food. Our table was attended to by Rahul and he deserves appreciation for his quality service! Considering we had a 2 yr old toddler with us, we were more than impressed by the attentive service. Thank you team Al Safa!! One suggestion we have is improvement of the dessert recipes since we’ve experienced much better taste elsewhere. Keep it up guys!
What we went for: Iftar with friendsAmbience: homely, neighborly, like a friendly and inviting community center. High ceilings make the place feel light and bright.Price:with the help of 3 Entertainer vouchers we paid approx Aed 570Verdict: A decent Arabic spread for Iftar-salads, lamb ouzi, a live pasta and shawarma counter, Grilled fish was super succulent! And tasted indian, kibbeh in Laban was interesting. There was a decent dessert spread as well- umm Ali was yummy and comforting.Kunafa- there was a queue for it and the popularity of the dish is not a myth!! I even observed what I would call non Ramadan behavior with some of the patrons taking the contents of the entire tray without heed for those anticipating and waiting behind them.. ah well!! I decided to put on my best Ramadan behavior and forgive:)Anyways the staff replenished it soon enough as well. I don’t think it was the best kunafa I tasted.Would I return? Hmm..without the vouchers there is no real pull!
Rahul sonawane was exceptional in his services. He can be a great manager and asset. He took care of all request and made sure things are on time. His preservance is exceptional and proactive service is impeccable.
Well I’ll try to be as polite as possible, but seriously guys it is ramadan you should be expecting at least 20 people on buffet time!! I am not talking about the quality of food althoigh some dishes were not quite ready yet such as the raw shawarma live station, but it is a great venu the chefs and staff are lost there is one Egyptian guy that was trying to handle stuff but you need more coordination the ambiance is great the people at the reception is great but you need to take care of the whole atmosphere and make a system.
We came for an Iftar buffet. Ambiance was comforting and warm. Food was great. I liked each one of the courses. The sweets section was amazing with big variety. Service is great as well.I highly recommend it for Iftar. It’s great value for all the food and the experience.
What a delicious food they serve in the lunch buffet. Yum Yum and absolutely exotic with so much to eat and taste from a wide range of delicious delicacy from different part of the world. danishtechie.com
