I had been checking for some good restaurants for our 2nd year anniversary dinner. I found good reviews for Minato restaurant in Radisson Blu Deira Creek so we had our dinner there last night. It did not disappoint. Food’s very good. They serve a wide variety of sushi/maki rolls and sashimi which i really liked. They also have a live cooking station, where you can choose your kind of meat and tell the chef how you’d like your food done. My husband particularly liked how they have ramen and he very much fancied the tempura since it was cooked nicely – soft but crunchy at the same time. I’d also like to commend their servers as they were very accomodating, they kept on checking our table to see if we need anything and they gave us a complimentary dessert plate too with an anniversary greeting. Overall, it was really a nice experience! Cheers!
One of the best Japanese restaurant in Dubai, all your Japanese cravings in one roof in very affordable price. From sushi, tempura, miso ramen, noodles, fried rice, japanese curry and of course teppanyaki! Our server Lama and Karen are very friendly and accomodating! Only thing missing is I think alot of people are celebrating special occasion like me that a simple small cake will make a difference like other hotel usually do just to add personal touch and make the dining memorable as it was noted upon reservation also. Other than that, food, ambiance and service is amazing! Will be back for sure!
Hands down one of the best Japanese-themed buffets in Dubai. We’ve been here twice, and the dining experience is always consistent and delightful.Our first order of business is the grilled beef, vegetables and mushrooms. We love this from their various spreads, so this it’s always our first go-to as soon as we’re seated. As it also takes time to cook (there’s usually other orders before us), we always head to the sushi section, where a delish spread of sushis and other seafood delicacies are displayed. I would usually go back 3-4x just to help fully satisfy my sushi fix.Before we’re full, we would eat some green salad, and then snack on Minato’s varied chocolate desserts. The mousse types are usually the ones with the moist cakes, which are downright delicious. It’s always a treat dining at Minato. The food choices are plenty and varied. Plus, the staff is nice and commendable. Can’t wait to go back and celebrate milestones here again!
