Never ever again! As I entered with my family who was visiting Dubai at this restaurant at 930pm on a wed night I wondered why it was empty. Despite looking at the how understaffed they were and how empty the resto was I still decided to continue my dine here because of a raving recommendation. The biggest mistake of my life. My baby was so frustrated at the end of the night and my whole family was so disappointed that I wanted to cry from embarrassment and the hours lost just waiting in hunger! We ordered three soups which took about an hour to be served when asked for noodles the waiter was confused and questioned why? Then we ordered entrees and told them we want everything together. After another 40 mins we received our lollipops again I told the waiter everything together please. Still 40 mins later nothing. Lollipops finished! I got up and asked for them to cancel my order because my baby was super irritated and everyone was tired from hunger and ready to hit the bed. Then the manger shows up and all he kept saying was I am sorry. At 1138pm he got all our food out and I told him we wanted the chicken lollipops together and he got another order of those for us comped! Altogether it took us 15 mins to finish eating but total disaster! The chilli chicken had no flavor it wasn’t chilli at all. The chicken felt like gum because of whatever the coating was. The Hakka noddles had nothing looked like it was tossed up in oil. Both times the lollipop chicken was burnt and tasted charred with their masala which left a bad after taste ! After 15 mins of sitting for the entire time up until I complained there was no waiter nobody in site. I even have a video I hope I can post! Still like a fool I continued to sit and waste our time. I felt so bad because my family literally took two bites and just say there. We ended up going to Mumbai masti to kill our hunger and get the taste out of our mouths! Ooh and I had to hear all their mouths the next day of how one of their precious nights got wasted in Dubai thanks to Oriental!
