Not a good experience as we are craving to eat lomi but did not turn out the way expected, First we waited 30 minutes before they served our order, when we asked one of the staff why we had to wait that long, she said there was no noodles for lomi. Not a good customer service as there was no apologies coming from the staff.We were not surprised at all when the food was served the noodles used is not for lomi. The smell of lomi is not enticing at all. It smells like the soup is from boiled beef intestines. It is frustrating as we look forward to eat good food after a tiring day at work.
Hidden gem.Staff is great .Ordered for chicken pizza . Pizza was freshly prepared .Fresh mushrooms would do wonder to the taste of pizza .Happy Eating
Celebrated my daughter’s 3rd Birthday here last September 15. Staff are very accommodating and I get a lot from the package i paid, lots of food add-ons and a complimentary cake. My daughter is a big fan of their prawn crackers. Price is affordable and servings are really huge. Good for those who are alone and just want to grab food after a tiring day.
Very very affordable food. That is what I can say. The first time I visited them was late at night and I was served 2 items from the buffet that were already spoiled. It didn’t hurt me because when I smelled them I didn’t eat them. The staff was very much polite and apologized and served me something else. I didn’t make a fuss about it because it was already closing time. But advised them to be careful next time. I gave them a chance and came back the second time. I was served delicious and fresh food. Had no complains and the staff are always so attentive. I guess not all first impressions are right.
Aside from their entrance tucked away into a corner of a not so brightly lit hallway just adjacent to burjuman metro station, everything else is almost perfect, hence the 4.5 rating.Ambience is homey and pleasant, food is well above average, prices are affordable, service is one of the best i have encountered. The staff, all accomodating and cheerful, are their best asset. I keep on coming back.
