Went to Solo on Tuesday Night for their Pizza and Beer or Prosecco Promotion. Really worth the price. Variety of pizza offerings on special menu. Both the pizza that we ordered where delicious and A grade quality. Service of Katherine was flawless. Host Melissa was warm and welcoming. Manager Sharad made sure everything was going well.Was a quiet night not many people around but it’s a one time experience worth trying.
Had a dinner for my birthday two years in-a-row but experience is still amazing, Chef Jose has the magic touch in bringing out the best of taste an Italian food can have — Tagliolini E nero is a must try and pair with the ravioli. Would like to special mention the Manager Sharad and his team Melissa, Katherine, Nikhil, Tony and Mary Ann.. with these staff, an ordinary dinner will turn out a memorable dining experience for your heart and tummy, not to mention the ambiance that matches the outstanding services and food. been to anywhere in UAE for food, but Solo is the best ever. P.S. Don’t forget to try their desserts.
My friend took me to this place because of its famous Italian cuisine especially pizza. The ambiance was quite nice and the staff was very kind and friendly. The services were quick to my surprise. So we ordered classic Margherita pizza and it was so good . Something very different yet tasty.Going to take my family too here.Rating-4/5
The best Italian cuisine outlet in Dubai for sure. Everyone planning to visit the outlet needs to try out their Lasagna (you can’t miss that out). The pizzas are equally scrumptious as well. the staff is super friendly and increase your experience ten folds. This outlet is surely on my highly recommended list.

This is a great place to dine in!!!! The ambience is really nice!!! The people in here is really kind, serviceable and helpful, they creat an Italian atmosphere in the middle of the desert!!! My family and I really enjoy this places, they make you feel like home with a 5 star experience you should try the burrata the twist that they creat is just sublime!!!! And the Tiramisù is the best in Town!!! Really guys you are hidden Treasure!!!

I was not aware of them till date.Ambience-5/5.Interiors-5/5.Service-5/5.Food quality-5/5.Food presentation-5/5Food quantity-5/5.I was blown away by the quality of service and authenticity of this fine dining restaurant which ticks all the boxes nicely. Everything is top notch.The entry is through a middle aged fort like walkway. Everything made of aged dark brown woods which gave a sombre feeling of gravity. Stairways, low lights with brilliant wall works and hanging pictures were captivating.We were given a basket of breads- artisan and stylish. With beautiful table items. All of a kind. Virgin olive oils and sundried tomatoes were lovely addtitions.We had a set menu here. The sppetizer/antipasti I chose was salad with chicken. Not only the salad was of exceptional freshness and taste, the idea was unique to me too. There were thin sliced chicken breasts which was awesome. Also some crunchy items in them.Next I selected Mushroom risotto with Parmesan fondue. Simple unparalleled in taste. Creamy, flavourful, juicy and everything great. Some others had a lovely rack of lamb too.Finally we came to the absolutely divine dessert. It was a cake with fantastic plating of a food art. A delicate slice of tiramisu with ice cream.Magnificent fine dining- at it’s best.Hugely recommended for Italian cuisine lovers.
