I would like to thanx SHIVA because of him and his service i had my complete meal. I visited global village and i heard lot about indian restaurant GRAND BARBRQUE. First i would have given 0.5 rating to this restaurant because of that annoying captain sehnawaz. He had bad attitude with bad body odour and aggresive behaviour. He doesn’t even know how to treat a guest and doesn’t even the difference between paneer tikka and paneer tikka masala.. All thanx to SHIVA he apologize on behalf of his behaviour and handled the situation in a very good manner. Only suggestion to the management please teach that guy how to behave i know its a kind of MELA but if u own a restaurant with such a brand have a staff with a standards or tell him to take some lessons and learn some basic rules of hotels industry from Mr. SHIVA. I will surely visit again food taste is awesome and you will enjoy it.
