Aqua Chill is a poolside lounge nestled on the 8th floor of Marriott Al Jaddaf. My friends and I went here for shisha and drinks. The biggest positive has to be the view; it overlooks the skyline of downtown Dubai. It is probably the only reason I did not give a 1 star rating. However, be advised that because of the design and layout, people at all tables cannot enjoy the view. If the view is important to you, I would suggest making a prior reservation. The service was absolutely terrible. We placed our order for a shisha around 9:45pm. We didn’t receive the shisha until 10:55pm. We had to remind two different servers about it in the interim and yet waited for so long. This is just unacceptable, especially since the lounge was not even busy at the time. Although our first round of drinks arrived on time, we had to wait for 20 minutes to get our second round after we place the order. Yet again, we had to remind a server as we waited. Once we got the shisha, we honestly were quite upset already and didn’t want to waste any more of our night there so we left shortly after. I don’t think any of us will return here anytime soon unless the management can really pick up their game. This place has the potential to provide customers with a unique and memorable experience. Unfortunately, for us, it ended up being a night that we wish we could forget.

Aqua Chill as the name suggests is the perfect poolside lounge. It’s relatively new so still kinda exclusive if you want a surprise your date to an absolutely new place. They would do well serving sheesha alongwith their drinks. But apart from the slow service, not much to complaint about. –A drop of ink may make a million think. @AyaashPaw pawanmanghnani.com
Amazing and Unexpected view.Simple but delicious healthy food.Refreshing, tasty cocktails.Superslow food service.Great pool day.(just be aware that the pool can be invaded with screaming and playing kids at times)
