Decent place to have breakfast. Service is slow because it’s got too many people dining. But staff is sweet and handles people with smile. Coffee was my best pick of the lot. Strong and fresh. Omelet was great, so was bircher muesli. sahilosophy.com

TERRIBLE food! I was at Cascades at lunch time with a group of 16 people. Firstly, they sat 16 people on a table for 10, we could barely move. Second, their plates and glasses smelled like eggs, not appetizing at all. Third, the buffet lacked variety, nothing grilled and everything was chinese or indian-chinese. Last, Fruit ( dessert) and sushi (food) were placed in the same fridge, quite disturbing. It is also important to point out that the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, shocking for a 5 star hotel.
Was a fabulous night out..we really enjoyed the international cuisine.. the choice of food was great and the taste was excellent..Staff was very attentive to detail.
