Nice venue. The food and drinks were good and moderately priced however the service needs alot of improvement. Staff were not courteous or accomodating.
I had heard good things about this place, so I thought of trying it out. This place feels like modern Cuba, the ambience of this place is kickass, from the lighting, to the art on the wall, the barber chairs and to top it all they even have a jukebox. Speaking of the food, I really wanted to order the Cuban sandwich but did not end up ordering it as the ingredients mentioned in the menu were chicken, turkey and ham, a Cuban sandwich should be strictly pork but I understand that they might not have a license for pork instead they are using chicken as a substitute. Ratings and Comments:- 1. Tacos de Pollo al Limon (4/5) – We ordered tortilla tacos, thick chunks of chicken seasoned well and that perfect blend of salsa, cheddar and mayo doesn’t get any better, I enjoyed every bit of it.2. Calamares Rebozados (4/5) – Golden, crisp and most importantly not greasy, just how I like it and that mayonnaise on the side was heavenly, mayonnaise does not get any better than this one.3. Service (4/5) – Spot on.4. Ambience (5/5) – As mentioned above, from the lighting, to the art on the wall, the barber chairs and the jukebox gives this place a truly Cuban vibe, moreover the restaurant in general is laid out really well the seating arrange is excellent with a lot of breathing space between tables.
