Nice place to hold meeting in Emirates Tower.
We visited flow for lunch on a weekday and since it is located on the financial tower, the place was filled with people from various offices. They are known for their healthy and organic food dishes. We ordered theSweet potato WedgesSoup of the day (Pumpkin Soup)Edamame (Garlic Chilli)Flat White CoffeeAll the dishes were fresh and delicious. A lot of the items on the menu are quite pricey. Prompt service. Courteous staff. Overall, a good experience and would definitely keep visiting again.
I have been to this place a couple of times for meetings or lunches . I like the food served here but I find it super expensive and not worth the price. I have tried their croissant with feta cheese and sun-dried tomatoes and their granola . Both of them taste really good but steep .
Hiii guys i must say if you want to hang out ,Orr chill with friends ,family then Flow is a nice place . My friends ordered patato wedges and shakshouk very delicious and as quality wise I will rate five star but the interior is not that much attractive.but I must say that you should visit here once .
We were at JET for meetings and had to have a quick lunch.7 of us ordered our food, got grilled halloumi burger with sweet potato wedges and Avocado. Quick service and polite staff.Good place for a quick lunch.
Ended up here to catch up with a friend before heading for a meeting. Nice cozy place with urban interiors. They have a lot of different options available for lunch. We ordered the mushroom pasta with feta (pasta for the day, chicken was replaced for feta). And the charcoal burger with butternut fries & aubergine on the side. Both tasted amazingly well.
