I visited Flow for breakfast on a weekend with family, it was not busy and the parking was easy to get. The staff were friendly and welcoming, its a self service place but they still served us on the table since it was not busy. For the healthy options, I had the egg white with vegetables and their small salad platters and I chose to have one scoop of each of their salads, I also asked for 2 dressings: the kale dressing and the tahini dressing, both were really good.Great experience overall.
