You can’t get enough of the skyline of Dubai and it only gets better when you have a great view of it. The Pool Bar at the Nassima Royal Hotel gives you a great view of the skyline and the busy Sheikh Zayed Road. Guests were enjoying themselves in the pool even late in the evening. The staff are friendly and the place has a great vibe. Was here one evening with some fellow reviewers/ bloggers and it was a evening well spent.I called for a Peach-strawberry mocktail and a Caesar salad. The mocktail was fresh and refreshing. The salad tasted good however the chicken in the salad was a little rubbery. It sure could have been better.This is definitely a place to chill and relax !

Staff: 4/5. The staff is Friend and helpful.Food: They serve a wide variety of meats, chicken and fish. Out of which you choose which one would you like, with choice of sauces and veggies. Then the Chef will do its magic and grill the food with outmost perfection and great taste. The chicken was excellent. Perfectly cooked, well marinated and great taste.Drinks: You can choose from a wide variety of cocktail and mocktails.This place is only open on Friday from 12 to 4. It’s a perfect place for a Friday relaxing brunch along the pool side with some good food.

Really liked the idea of customized service where we get to choose our grilled items the way we like it! I had:The pina colada and strawberry mojito were both really refreshing but the pina colada won my heart with its prominent flavours! Best by the pool!Grilled chicken tikka that was cooked to perfection and tasted really well dipped in mayonnaise! We also had lots of options in the seafood and vegetarian grilled items cooked fresh in front of us.Great service and a great vibe, so enjoy your weekend with a swim and the delicious grills from the pool bar market.
