Very impolite service and customer orientation is very poor. Asked to give vada dipped in sambhar as I like to have like that but manager immediately became commercial and asked for 10 AED extra. It’s not about giving 10 AED extra but the very cut and dry attitude of the concerned manager. Then came the turn of dosa. They served ice cold dosa which was evident that was made long ago. When I took it to Manager , he said it is because of AC which was plain lie. I asked to replace the dosa with fresh one and when it was again served to me it was hot and soft which suggested that earlier dosa was absolutely not fresh. On the overall experience I will rate my experience with Bombay Chowpaty 1/5 sheer on account of manage”s attitude and very poor customer experience
I stopped by at this outlet for a mango milkshake. Order was quickly served within 5minutes.Great food items like meals (curries and rice items) , evening Indian snacks and desserts were well displayed. There was a chat counter too.Everything was well organized and service was quick.Ratings -Service: 5/5Staff : GoodAmbience: 4/5The Mango Milkshake was thick and not too sweet.. it was perfect, just the way I love it.
The best place to have chaat! Had ordered a dahi puri chaat and kulfi falooda along with a masala dosa. All three were equally yummy, fresh and im totally going back for more whenever i pass by! Keep it up!
A very big fan of BC ever since I’ve tried their Karama outlet many years ago, so a big sigh of relief for me and my family when we saw one here (especially since we’d picky eaters with us). We normally always get chaat, but since it was lunchtime got the non veg combo with dal, butter chicken and plenty rotis. The food was definitely fresher than expected, and cleaned up in no time. The masala chai was a great way to finish things. The outlet wasn’t too busy at the given time, and service was quite fast.
Decent place to have Indian / western Indian food / chats . I wouldn’t say this is a great place , but, again a very safe bet when you have vegetarians In a group and want to stick with Indian meals. 2 people can eat for 30 bucks .. Process is controlled as this is a franchisee, so you get somewhat decent food cooked in a clean environment, veggies will not be too old, quality is well under control . taste is also okayish .Food – 3/5Ambiance – 2.5/5. Service – 2.5/5.Value for money -3/5.
