Had Ordered Pizza 2 weeks back. They missed out my salad and also the dips i had ordered they didn’t have so send me someother ones and that too it was expiring in 3 days. Don’t know how can they send dips which are expiring in 3 days ridiculous. And when i had placed order for Garlic Super supreme and the girl took down my order as garlic bread.

The services are really poor , the pizza’s are not fresh and taste compared to other branches, they takes orders late and salads are also empty,
Simply loved the ambiance and Pizza taste. Tried the new Limo – 1 meter Pizza and it was simply fingerlicking. You have the choice to choose flavors according to your preference. What an amazing mixed and match huge treat. Service needs to be improved. nayabsarhandi.wordpress.com
Ordered through their website, easy brisk ordering and whats even better was that the pizzas arrived really hot n pipping after 20 mins of ordering! Really impressed! Thank you
Me and family often visit Fujairah especially when the winter season gets near. Recently on our trip we went to this branch of Pizza Hut besides the fact that their service had failed badly in the past when we ordered three pizzas and they brought two whilst charging for three pizzas. Later when the manager finally brought the third pizza to our car, he asked for money and then I showed him the bill telling him that it had been paid for.He told me it might have been a communication error between the staff.Now again this time during my visit we went to this Pizza Hut because their pizza is quite good compareted to many other branches.We ordered a party meal , the first major turn down was when the cashier said they didn’t have any garlic bread but that wasn’t big of a deal and I told him give me bread sticks instead.The first mistake was when they brought the pizzas first and not the appetizers. Me and my family started eating one of the 3 pizzas as it was late and we were hungry.We had finished the first pizza and still we hadn’t received our appetizers so we complained to them. After almost 10 more minutes plus the 20 something minutes the waitress came with the appetizers and the soft drink.The reason they gave for getting so late was that the cashier was alone at the counter which is a valid reason when the restaurant is really full but we were the only family dining there because it was around 4 p.m. On top of it all the staff started blaming one another. An other family came inside after us and were first served with hot appetizers while they waited for the meal. Even if the garlic bread was finished , he could have given us the breadsticks but instead they made us wait for the garlic bread and even brought the drink late.The appetizers even if they took time should have arrived before the food not when you’re halfway through the food.The food might be good but this is the second time the service has failed us and that too under the same manager currently working there.Second time because I have visited this branch a lot and before these two incidents I never had to suffer like this.Overall ratingFood – 3/5Ambience – 4/5Service – 1/5Staff – 3/5I would recommend you to visit this but tell them that you want everything in order, I mean the restaurant wasn’t so empty and still the service was this bad. They even messed up one of the pizzas by putting ranch sauce on it when in fact it was shawarma flavor.
