‘The picture in the menu and the actual food served, do not match’ We visited Hatam in RAK Mall food court, Ras Al Khaimah for dinner on a weekday. There is plenty of seating at the food court.We ordered for a mixed grill with rice, as the illustration on the menu looked appetizing. However, when the food arrived, it was not as appetizing. The rice was plain white, instead of the yellow rice that was shown on the menu. The quantity of grills did not match the price :(It was served with diluted yoghurt on the side, and margarine! Although the kababs were tasty, it was not a satisfying meal as the rice was dry and so, we had to eat the grills with curd rice! The staff is polite but service can be faster. The ambience is quite ok at the food court.
